So, with the HTL Referral Program, anyone inside or outside the company who sends us a future HTL employee will be rewarded with $1,000 per hire. Here’s how the program works:
The HTL Referral Program is open to everyone, meaning anyone can reap the rewards. You do not have to be an employee to participate in the program. Let your network know that if they refer a candidate to us, they could earn $1,000 per referred hire that completes six months of employment.
If you know someone you think would be a good fit for a full-time position in our Charlotte headquarters, encourage them to apply and list your name as the person who referred them to our company. If we hire your referred candidate, you are eligible for a $1000 referral bonus when the employee completes six months on the job.
This HTL Freight Referral Program Policy applies to almost anyone who refers a candidate to our company. The only people ineligible are C-level executives and HR employees/hiring managers recruiting for the positions in question.
Full-time employees, interns, temporary employees, vendors, contractors, former employees, LinkedIn contacts and anyone else who sends a viable employee referral to HTL Freight is eligible for referral bonuses when they refer an external candidate who gets hired for a full-time position and successfully completes six months of employment with HTL.
